Rabatan®
The Rabatan® that makes up the top surface of Nipponflex appliances is a Hi Tech polyurethane profile, treated with special products and vulcanized at a temperature of approximately 180°C. It has thousands of hardened acupressure points that make it look like fingertip. masseuse, providing a relaxing self-massage.
In Rabatan® are applied FIR Bioceramic®, FIR NG® tablets, magnet tablets and, in some devices, an internal vibrating massager.
FIR BIOCERAMIC®FIR NG®
The powerful FIR Bioceramic® and FIR NG® technologies have the ability to absorb and store electrons from the electromagnetic frequency emitted by light. They emit wave frequencies from 4 to 16 microns and trillions of vibrations. These technologies are exclusively provided to Nipponflex by world acknowledged Japanese scientist Dr. Toshio
Komuro, who has published patents in 27 countries.
The FIR Bioceramic® and FIR NG® technologies are present, in the form of tablets applied in the low relief of Rabatan®, in the Scientific Sleeping Systems and in the Nipponflex pillows.
ÍON BALLS
Spheres produced from rare minerals of the highest purity, which emit negative ions, responsible for the sensations of well-being and tranquility felt when having contact with nature, neutralizing the positive ions created by urban life and that harm the body. Technology developed in Japan by scientist Dr. Toshio Komuro and supplied exclusively to Nipponflex.
MFP – MAGNETIC FIR POWER®
It combines the energies of the magnet and the FIR Power in a single chip, in which one energy potentiates the other. The technology was developed by Nipponflex in conjunction with Japanese scientist Toshio Komuro and is patented in over 40 countries. MFP is available for all mattres lines.
RABATAN POWER TRIPLE ENERGY®
It has the powerful energies FIR Power®, MFP® and, the great novelty of the line, the Ion Balls. The technology inserts are applied in the low relief of the High Tech profile of the mattres and pillows. Available on order only. Consult your subsidiary.
MAGNETS
Barion Ferrite Magnets, in inserts, that emit magnetic energy of approximately 800 Gauss, applied in specific points of the Rabatan® inset.
CLOTH
The embroidered and personalized cloth of Nipponflex appliances contains Higiguard
treatment (hydro and oil repellent treatment), which reduces the absorption of liquids and dust, in addition to advanced anti-mildew and anti-mite treatments.
PROGRESSIVE DENSITY
A Densidade Progressiva, usada nos Sistemas Científicos de Dormir Nipponflex, é composta por diversas camadas de poliuretano com diferentes densidades reais, a fim de atender todos os biotipos.
ISOTHERMAL SYSTEM
The Isothermal System used in Nipponflex products has a rigid and ventilated base of highly resistant, expanded polystyrene, which supports the progressive density of the product.
MODELING LAYER
The Modeling Layer, available in the Slim NG line, is a true density (D40) polyurethane sheet with a soft characteristic. It provides adequate support for the application of Rabatan®.
MOLEJO NIPPONFLEX
The Nipponflex spring is composed of a system of individually pocketed springs that maintains the stability of the device and ensures greater comfort for couples. In addition, its insulating felt coating protects the Progressive Density from contact with the springs, bringing even more safety to the device.,
PILLOW TOP®
Pillow Top is a layer on top of the mattress composed of a Rabatan® and a foam blade, which in addition to making the product even more comfortable, provides a modern and elegant look to the product.
